Posted by jamesakadamingo on November 20, 2010 under I came across this plugin today, as its so simple and serves its purpose so well I decided that it required a feature in my Plugins Section.
This plugin goes by the name “SB Child List” (the SB being its creators initials). Simply put the plugin allows you to place a bulleted list of any “child” pages that hang off of a page in your site. Not only does this make it easier for your visitors to navigate your site, it also brings a better CMS (content management system) style to WordPress.
As you can see from the above images it is really easy to use and also rather configurable (to just the right extent). You can see it in action within my WordPress Tips ‘n’ Tricks pages.
This plugin can be downloaded from the WordPress plugin directory, and can be used simply by putting the tag shown in the above image into any page you wish. Its settings can be found in “Settings/SB Child List”.
The authors page for the plugin can be found on Sean Barton’s site here.
Hey thanks for the plug. It’s always nice to see your work appreciated!
cheers
